This is "The Allman Brothers Band of our generation", and I'm not saying that b/c Derek's mastering of the slide or b/c i think they sound like them by any means, but because they are so amazing and far ahead of their time that a lot people don't realize what they're missing out on. My dad said when he saw the The ABB back in the day when they were just starting out, he had never heard of them, but they were the opening act for Skynyrd. When they played the first song the crowd booed them right off the stage. I know that will never happen with these guys but my point is they're so underappreciated and deserve to be up there on the list of the great bands of our time. The best part is they have so much more coming for us!!
